Welcome to the complete setup guide for running a Normal Campaign with WappMaster. This tutorial covers everything from contact management to advanced WhatsApp automation features, ensuring your marketing outreach is efficient and secure.
1. Initiating Your Campaign
Start by defining your WhatsApp marketing campaign:
- Name Your Campaign: Enter a descriptive name (e.g., WappMaster New Feature Update) to track your efforts easily.
- Click Create New Campaign.
2. Contact Import & List Management
WappMaster makes it easy to manage large-scale lead generation lists:
- Select & Upload Contacts: Click Select Contacts and upload your CSV file.
- Custom Fields: Your CSV can include columns for Name, Number, Address, and other custom data points for deeper personalized marketing.
- Name Your List: Assign a specific name to your contact list and click Save.
3. Creating Engaging & Personalized Messages
Boost your conversion rates with personalized outreach:
- Draft Your Message: Type your content into the message window.
- Personalization Tags: Click on variables like Name, Number, or Address to insert dynamic tags. These will automatically pull data from your CSV for each recipient.
4. Multimedia Marketing
Enhance your campaign with visual content:
- Attach Files: Use the Choose Files button to add images, PDF documents, or video banners (e.g., Feature Update Banner).
5. Security Settings: Risk Mode vs. Safe Mode
WappMaster includes advanced anti-ban technology to protect your accounts:
- Risk Mode: Sends messages at high speed. Use this only for well-warmed numbers where speed is the priority.
- Safe Mode (Recommended): Activates built-in anti-blocking features. It adds randomized delays between messages and a longer pause every 40 messages to mimic human behavior.
6. Pre-Flight Check & Scheduling
Finalize your bulk broadcast settings:
- Send or Save: Click Send Campaign to launch immediately or Save to run the campaign at a later time.
- Campaign Preview: Review your message, attached files, and estimated delivery time.
- Shutdown Feature: Enable Shutdown after sent for long-running campaigns; your system will power down automatically once finished.
- Number Selection: Choose the specific paired number you wish to use for this broadcast.
7. Real-Time Tracking & Reporting
Stay informed about your marketing performance:
- Live Monitoring: Track the progress of your campaign in the Ongoing Panel.
- Pause or Cancel: Pause to stop temporarily, or click Cancel if you need to edit the message content.
- Automated Reporting: Once complete, a detailed Campaign Report is sent directly to your WhatsApp and saved as a CSV in your Downloads folder.
