- Click Create New Campaign.
- Upload CSV: Select your contact list. WappMaster can handle hundreds of numbers (e.g., 500+) at once.
- Name Your Contact List: Use a descriptive name to manage your database effectively.
- Draft Your Message: Write your content and attach media files like PDFs, Images, or Documents to increase engagement.
- Save: Click Save Campaign to finalize the content.

- Automatic Estimation: WappMaster will automatically calculate your campaign completion date based on these settings.
4. Initiate & Restart (Crucial Step)

- Click Initiate Rolling.
- Review the Message Preview, select your sending number, and confirm.
- IMPORTANT: You MUST restart WappMaster for the rolling settings to take effect.
- Once restarted, WappMaster uses a system task scheduler to automatically open and send messages within your defined time window every day.
5. Monitoring & Editing Your Campaign
Stay in control of your WhatsApp marketing performance:
- Auto-Resume: If the campaign is paused, it will remain paused until you manually resume. It will otherwise restart automatically every day as per your schedule.
- Editing Content: To change your message or daily limit, you must Cancel the current campaign and create a new one. (Pause mode does not allow message editing).
- Automated Reporting: A detailed summary of daily sent messages is saved to your default Downloads folder and sent to your WhatsApp.
